Joining two 15mm pipes end to end sounds trivial until a joint pulls. This PVC coupling seats both ends properly so the connection is as strong as the pipe either side. Rated to PN 16, with a solvent-socket connection. PVC is chemically inert to ordinary water supplies, so nothing leaches into the flow and nothing builds up on the bore to restrict it over time. Specified for cold-water distribution work. Stocked as a single piece and compatible with the wider PVC system.
